An Australian invented the fridge, so we've invented a fridge for Australia.
Because in 1854 an Aussie named James Harrison didn't want to drink warm beer anymore he invented the fridge.
Therefore to honor the man, at Haier we named our fridge James.
Because you like to hold as much beer in your hand as possible and store 90% of your fridge with liquid gold, we invented a fridge for you.
Because you know you can't finish that extra large pizza and prefer to eat it for breakfast the next morning, we invented a fridge for you.
Because you like to push the limits of eating chinese delivery 8 days beyond the delivery date, we invented a fridge for you.
Because you managed to grab that half eaten crocquembouche from the wedding, we invented a fridge for you.
Because you need 8 cartons of Kombucha and almond milk, we invented a fridge for you.
Because you cook for Smoochie the dog like she's part of your family, we invented a fridge for you.
Because you polish your under 14's cricket trophies and and silverwear, we invented a fridge for you. (stainless steel appearance)
James. The Fridge Designed for Australia.
We proudly show what Aussies are in to, that was sadly left out of the original fridge.
Role: Concept.
POS Brief: Make James pop out of a sea of dull white goods. This was almost the bit I was most excited about.
It was amazing to get the name James actually put on the fridge itself.
When you opened the fridge a piece explained why we’ve named the fridge James – like the above 30”, and it told you the cricket score live.
James gives Aussies everything they want in a fridge.
