Mona Foma - Portal

Launch: Mona Foma music & arts festival. Following from the Find Air Mofo competition was the promotion of the Summer Solstice music and arts festival itself. Clearly a fan of portals, and escaping to other worlds. We take you through the mouth of a disturbingly accurate blow up doll of Brian Ritchie from the Violent Femmes (now curator of the festival), into the land of art, music and debauchery that is Mona Foma, Tasmania's awesomely weird music and arts festival. The sound design and color wraps around you as you move through the portal. Influenced by the Architects of Air this project was conceived and brought to life with the equally awesomely weird Liana Rossi and Toby Pike, and the gang of design nutters at the Museum of Old and New Art.
